Signature Drink

Something that I got asked about during our recent wedding planning trip was whether I planned on offering a signature drink at the reception. I had never really thought about it, nor did I realize that offering a signature drink was such a trend these days.

I found this recipe on theweddingworkroom.com and I think it may be a winner!

Blue Moon
1/2 oz. gin
2 tsp. Blue Curacao
2 tsp. Cointreau
2 tsp. pineapple juice
Lemonade to top off
Garnish with pineapple

I think it works well because it 1) sounds yummy, 2) goes with the blue color scheme, and 3) the crescent moon is the symbol of my sorority, so all my sorority sisters will get the reference.
